Booking Procedures

When you have chosen the yacht you require, contact us by email, telephone,  facsimile or letter. As soon as we receive your request will inform you ASAP about the availability and the exact cost.

Our network has a direct access to our yacht booking plan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thanks to our advanced software which runs within the Internet. If you are not sure yet or you are afraid of losing a particular yacht, request an option from us, The yacht will then be kept for you, usually for a period of one week.

If we have not heard from you after this period, we will assume you no longer require the vessel and your option will be canceled. If you wish to confirm your charter, We will send you the charter contracts for signature.
The contracts have to be returned to us with the exception of your copy, together with the requested down payment, the reservation will then be considered final.

The balance payment for your charter can be paid to us four weeks before your departure, or at the time of your embarkation on the yacht. Payment is accepted by cash, travelers' cheques, certified bank cheques.

Sailing Qualifications:

Please note that our yachts are chartered bareboat, under the condition that at least two members of the crew have a sailing certificate (one sailing certificate is compulsory for sailing in Greece, Turkey, Italy and in Croatia where a VHF licence is also required), or at least sufficient qualifications, to be determined by us, through a resume of your sailing experience, that we will kindly ask you to complete.
Of course the love for the sea and sailing is what is required for a skippered or crewed charter.

Security Deposit:

With the exception of crewed charters, on bareboat and skippered charters we request you to pay a refundable security deposit, (which varies according to the size of the yachts) at the time of embarkation.
This can be paid only by credit card. Payment by credit card can only be used for the security deposit, not for balance payments or for the payment of options rented.
The security deposit is to cover in the unforeseen event any possibility of any minor damages which are not covered by the insurance of the yacht. Upon the safe return of the yacht it will be returned in full to you. Alternatively we offer you the option to pay a non-refundable security deposit (also payable only by credit card).

Insurance:

All our yachts are fully insured against damage to hull, gear and equipments as well as for third party liability. Please give your attention that yacht's insurance does not cover your personal belongings and injuries.

What to Bring with you:

Thanks to our complete inventory and specifications, the only things you have to bring with you are clothes and personal items. Do not forget cotton trousers, lots of t-shirts, swimming apparel, deck shoes, shorts, casual evening wear, large sea towels, your music tapes, a sun-hat and sunscreen are recommended. At the beginning and at the end of the season light waterproof weather gear is recommended it may also be necessary.
Since storage space in the yachts is rather limited, it is better to carry your clothes in soft-sided bags and not in suitcases.

For optimum organization, it would be appreciated if we could be informed of your arrival time at least 7 days before your departure.

Contractual time for embarkation is 17:00h, however boarding can be done earlier (on condition of course that your yacht is already ready and prepared) or later, depending on your arrival time.
Checking, control, and briefing about the yacht's equipment can only be done properly during daylight hours, in case you arrive after sunset, we will take care of the inventory checking the following morning.
